When the clinic is open, Dr Portia and her team will do their best to accommodate requests for more urgent consultations, and we encourage our patients to contact the clinic on (02) 9160 0099 during the clinic’s operating hours to speak to Rayceille about the possibility of arranging an on-the-day, or within-the-next-few-days appointment.

Outside of operating hours, or during periods of clinic closure, there are a number of options for patients to access care:

1. healthdirect provides free phone advice from a Registered Nurse, who can assess your symptoms and direct you to other medical services if appropriate/required - ph: 1800 022 222

3. Medicare Urgent Care Clinics are open from 8am-8pm daily, and have telehealth services available 24/7. You can locate your nearest UCC using this website: https://www.health.gov.au/find-a-medicare-ucc

4. After hours GP services - there are a number of companies in the Sydney area which offer after hours GP telehealth and home visits services, such as 13SICK and Sydney Medical Services Co Op. Further details can be found by doing a web search for “after hours GP Sydney”.
